Ten years of building rooms worth belonging to.

My story

I'm Pauline, born and raised in France and as a proper French citizen, food is at the heart of everything I do. I grew up around long lunches and longer dinner-table conversations, and I've never quite lost the belief that the right table can turn strangers into a powerful community.

For the past 10 years, I've helped brands and businesses build communities that people genuinely want to belong to.

From early-stage startups to global organisations, I've seen firsthand how a strong community can drive customer loyalty, strengthen brand trust, and create meaningful commercial impact.

I work with businesses to audit and assess how they're engaging their communities – identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, gather valuable insight, and build deeper relationships.

My work brings together leadership, product, marketing and customer-facing teams, translating community feedback into strategies that support both business goals and long-term growth.

Whether I'm designing community strategies, creating ambassador programmes, developing customer journeys, or delivering meaningful experiences, my focus is always the same: helping organisations build communities that create lasting value for both their audience and their business.

Beyond the consultancy

Why I still run the supper clubs.

Strategy is only ever half the story – so alongside the consultancy work, I run WeTalk supper clubs myself: experience dinners with local chefs and guest speakers, for brands looking to activate their community, and for women founders and entrepreneurs who want conversation they can't get anywhere else.
