After building a career designing commercials and films, Nikita founded SISTALAND with a simple belief that creativity thrives when people feel they belong. What began as a small WhatsApp group in 2020 has grown into a thriving community and annual festival bringing together hundreds of women, trans women and non-binary creatives for bold conversations, practical learning and genuine connection.
Today, Nikita works full time growing SISTALAND, creating spaces that challenge gatekeeping, champion collaboration over competition, and remind people that they were never meant to build a creative life alone.
Alongside her work with the community, she continues to write, direct and advocate for a more equitable creative industry.
WeTalk's founder Pauline is obsessed with all things community and women. Her mission is to empower women and non-binary people to reach their full potential and get more opportunity to talk and share their expertise.
